Does this replace NotaryGadget?
It depends on what you use them for. NotaryGadget charges $9.99/mo billed annually or $11.95/mo billed monthly (with a 15-signing free starter). Our free tier covers order tracking, checklists, and invoicing without a paywall. SigningOS Pro adds AI features NotaryGadget doesn't have at any price (guided signing, AI intake, AI assistant) plus 1.1 features they don't offer (apostille routing, Notary Beacon, public web intake). NotaryGadget currently leads on auto-import from signing platforms (Snapdocs/SigningOrder), accountant-ready exports, automatic appointment reminders, and receipt OCR — those are on our roadmap.
Does SigningOS auto-import orders from signing platforms?
Not yet. NotaryGadget and Notary Assist auto-import from Snapdocs, SigningOrder, and other platforms. SigningOS today supports two manual paths: AI Order Intake (forward a signing email, AI extracts every field) and Public Web Intake (clients submit via your signingos.app/intake/{handle} URL). True auto-import — orders appearing without any user action — is on the roadmap; we're evaluating both an email-forwarding rule approach and direct platform API integrations.
Is my data backed up?
Orders are stored locally on your device using SQLite and synced to Supabase cloud when you're online. Your data is tied to your account and survives reinstalls as long as you sign in with the same account.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The app works fully offline. Orders, checklists, and the compliance guide are all local-first. The AI features (order intake and signing assistant) require an internet connection.
Is it available for Android?
Currently iOS only. Android support is planned for a future release. If Android availability is important to you, join the waitlist and we'll notify you when it launches.
